I know, Christmas was a while ago, but when you are done and play the 2nd movie it may get a chuckle out of you. =)  This bit of training is about an amazing tool called The Powder Toy. It has a ton of ingredients that you can mix to create amazing reactions. I give you two recipes to follow and then you are cut loose to explore all the possibilities.
